Adopting NbS also aligns with India’s Smart Cities Mission and National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) reinforcing the link between urban resilience and ecosystem restoration. With effective governance, public participation, and scientific innovation, India’s cities can transition toward a sustainable future driven by nature’s intelligence.
